White House criticizes federal judges for trying to block Trump administration’s recent recent Deportation flights, The Central American leader who was deported over the weekend was “too late”.
Friday, President Donald Trump The Alien Enemy Act of 1798, which allows the expulsion of locals and citizens of enemy countries without a hearing. In American history, the act has been successfully invoked only three times: during the 1812 War, World War I and Second World War.
U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg recently ordered an immediate cessation of deportation to determine whether Trump’s invocation of the 1798 bill was legal – but Trump administration officials told Fox News that the plane carrying immigrants had left the U.S. airliner when the judge issued the order.

“The order without a legal basis was issued after the terrorist [Tren de Aragua] “The aliens have been evacuated from U.S. territory. There is no conflict between the written order and the government’s actions,” Levitt said.
“As the Supreme Court has repeatedly made it clear that under the Foreign Enemy Act, the federal court has no jurisdiction over the president’s diplomatic actions, and his second core power to evacuate foreign terrorists from U.S. land and drive out the declared invasion,” Leavitt added. “A judge in a city cannot direct the operation of an aircraft carrier full of foreign foreign terrorists who have been deported from the United States.”

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele responded to Boasberg’s order in X post Sunday. He also shared footage of Salvador’s fully armed authorities, accompanying suspected gang members from the plane, shaved their heads and surrounded them in prison cells.
Yesterday, a total of 261 illegal foreigners were deported from the United States to El Salvador – 137 of them were passed through the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, another 101 expelled Venezuela through Title 8, and another 21 were members of the MS-13 gang of El Salvador. The other two are El Salvador’s MS-13 leader and “Special Cases”.

Senior Trump administration officials confirmed the figures from Fox News on Sunday, explaining that alleged crimes of immigration include kidnapping, sexual abuse of children, serious assaults, prostitution, robbery and serious assaults on police officers.
