Cleveland Brown Quarterback Deshaun Watson went to social media on Sunday to announce his engagement with long-time girlfriend Jilly Anais.

In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared a photo showing Anais’ impressive ring.

The news came because of uncertainty about Watson and the Browns’ future.

After rupturing his right follow-up tendon for the second time in three months, it is not clear whether Watson will miss it throughout the 2025 season. Initially, he was injured in an October match Cincinnati Bengali, But he later broke Achilles for the second time in January.

Brown reorganizes Deshaun Watson for the second contract in 3 months to clear the upper space

Earlier this month, the Browns redesigned Watson’s contract to clear more cap space before the new league year begins. According to the Associated Press, the restructuring cleared nearly $36 million in the upper limit space.

This is the second time he has reorganized his profitable contract in three months.

Watson was acquired by the Browns in 2022 after signing a fully guaranteed $230 million contract. However, the 29-year-old quarterback has played in just 19 games after suffering a shoulder injury at the end of the season in 2023 and Achilles tendon injury last season.
