Sean “Didy” comb defense CNN is accused of changing and destroying a video showing the rapper physically attacking his ex-girlfriend.

CNN denied the allegations, noting that the original copy still exists.

Six months after resolving Cassie’s sexual abuse lawsuit, Didi apologized for the actions in the video.

Combs is currently behind jail while awaiting trial. Judge Arun Subramanian plans to begin the rapper’s trial on May 5. Prosecutors expect the government’s case to take six weeks to lay out, while Didi’s legal team now estimates it will take two weeks to argue the rapper’s defense.
