A young father was allegedly detained in the United States and was accused of assaulting his 2-month-old daughter to death.
Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, 20, was arrested on Wednesday, Accused of second-degree murder His baby daughter died, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

Officials said the investigation showed that the baby was the victim of the attack that killed her. Police said the child was bruised and his bones were broken.
At a Pix11 shared press conference, Nassau County Police Detective Captain Stephen Fitzpatrick said that Rabanales-Prey relished to have abused his children.
“He admitted to us what happened to the baby, how he physically abused it, that he felt the child was not his, and how he disrespected or wanted that child,” Fitzpatrick said. “He bumped the child in his head and face a few times. He threw the child on the ground.”

Officials determined that Rabanales-pretzantzin lived at home with the mother of the 20-year-old.
A 1-year-old boy was also evacuated from his home and taken to the hospital for any injury assessment.
Investigators believe that the mother was not involved in child abuse.
Rabanales-pretzantzin was arraigned in Nassau County Court on Thursday without bail.

“When he comes in, he captures and releases his message to get him into the United States,” Ryder said. “Individuals will answer his crimes in Nassau County. Once sentencing is completed, it will be decided to deport or be detained here. However, once he walks into the Nassau County Jail, he will be detained immediately so that he will never be released from our prison.”
