Using AI tools to make images is becoming increasingly common.

1. Details
When it comes to photos of people, it is still difficult for AI to grasp details like faces, textures, and hands. Note contradictions such as extra fingers, strange skin tones, or too many teeth.
2. Glossy or fake appearance texture
Artificial intelligence can’t always be textured correctlyso the image may look too smooth or glossy. This shows a lot in the skin (maybe unnatural yeli) or in a nature scene that looks like trees or grass looks a little plastic. If everything looks too perfect, it might be AI.

3. Lighting and shadow issues
One of the easiest ways to discover AI is to see how lighting and shadows work. You may see shadows in strange places, or the lighting looks flat or inconsistent.

AI struggles with depth and perspective, so check if there are any shutdowns in the background. For example, you might see blurred objects or twisted skylines. Sometimes the background doesn’t even match the image theme correctly.
5. Chaotic words
If there are words in the image, they may look confusing, misspelled, or ridiculous. This is because it is difficult for AI to make clear text, especially in more complex images.

AI learns from existing data, which can have many built-in biases. As a result, AI images can show forms of discrimination. For example, most AI images of famous assignments will automatically feature white men.

7. Unrealistic elements
Sometimes, AI images will combine things that don’t make sense at all. This could include animals with weird colors, impossible gadgets and other truly incredible environments. If you question whether something is true, it most likely not.

8. Watermark
Some generated AI tools will automatically add watermarks to the image. This is either contained in the lower corner of the image or embedded in the background.
9. Missing metadata
Although you may not be able to see it immediately AI Images Metadata is often lacking. This is information attached to the image file, such as photo resolution or copyright details.
View image metadata in Windows:
- Right-click Image File And choose characteristic
- Click detail Tabs in the window
Find it on your Mac:
- Right-click Image File
- choose Get information
On a real photo, metadata will be displayed. When the AI generates photos, this information is lost.
10. Reverse image search
